Raleigh / Wake - Ending & Preventing Homelessness – The 10-Year Action Plan
The meetings listed below are part of a comprehensive community effort to implement the Raleigh / Wake - 10-Year Action Plan to End and Prevent Homelessness. The meetings are open to anyone who wants to participate. You do not have to contact the persons listed if you want to attend, but feel free to contact them if you have any question about their efforts and to double check agenda, background materials and verify any last minute changes if you are not on the meeting e-mail list. ----------------------------------

June 14, 2007 Thursday - The 24 / 7 One Stop Services Facility Strategy Group of the Outreach / Engagement Action Team will meet at 3:00pm at the Café Carolina & Bakery at Cameron Village (Daniels Street) The team is in the process of exploring opportunities for this initiative and is in the process of setting up regular meetings. June 16, 2007 Saturday – Faith Based Support Circle workshop to train and inform interested faith groups about forming Support Circles to support Homeless households will be held from 9am to 12noon at First Baptist Church in downtown Raleigh on Salisbury Street adjacent to the State Capitol Building at the intersection of Salisbury and Hillsborough Street. June 20, 2007 Wednesday - The Increase Housing Supply Strategy Group, of the Housing / Services Action Team meets the 4th Wednesday of each month (this meeting has been changed to the 3rd Wed) from 3:30pm to 5:00pm at the DHIC offices 113 S.
